I ordered the lock and the mortise was slightly too large, I mentioned that and they sent me another of the perfect size! I also had issue with the app, my errors, and I was walked through with ease. The lock is perfect for a sliding door and I couldn't find something like it anywhere else, it's great!
Unfortunately, both of these locks use the same locking mechanism which is too deep for my door. The frame on the sliding door only affords about 42MM of depth to insert and mount the lock mechanism. If you have other products that may work I would be interested.
